Ha realizado tareas de investigación en Zoología Agrícola, Universidad Central de Venezuela; Biología Molecular, Universidad de Carabobo; Núcleo de Estudios Epistemológicos, Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador.
Ha publicado numerosos artículos en sus áreas de estudio e investigación, y entre sus textos podemos mencionar: Biotecnosemiótica: Una aproximación teórica desde el nicho biosemiótico; Biología: una nueva racionalidad científica; Ecopensamiento; El diálogo silente; Teoría sociosemiótica de la tecnología biológica (I); Homo Tecnologicus: una mirada post antropocéntrica (I); De lo ecológico a lo metacomplejo (I); Ciencia, Etica y Sociedad (I) publicada en Konvergencias: revista de filosofía y diaálogo, en internet.
Actualmente labora como Profesor contratado de bioética en el curso de formación docente para los profesores de la escuela de ciencias de la salud en la Universidad de Carabobo núcleo Maracay y es miembro extranjero del instituto internacional de estudios de la complejidad en Brasil y es miembro de la Rede Brasileira de Transdisciplinaridade:
